Popcorn King

My prowess is proven! It’s on video for posterity.

Almost every evening my Mom makes a large batch of air-popped popcorn in an R2-D2 popcorn maker while I watch. Afterward she divides the popcorn into 3 bowls; one for Dad, one for Mom, and a little one for me. She adds butter-substitute spray and popcorn salt to their bowls but not to mine. She says it’s best for me.

Every time she makes popcorn for me, she takes time to toss each kernel to me. When I catch each one in the air, they cheer. It’s so easy to please them. It’s a burden I must bear to enjoy this new family!
